House For Sale

Hey everyone,

I was good and made a blog for our house that is for sale. Just click here --> Could be your house!! to check out the blog.

We have had lots of interest and phone calls already, but not that magic bite yet. Sicne I have so many blog stalkers (you know who you are) maybe word can get out and we can get the house sold, leased with option, or our mortgage assumed. All of you know more people than I do, so get to work and get the word out there.

We don't have to leave until Hannah is done with school the middle of June, but if someone has to have our home right now, then we can do that too!!!

Keeping my fingers crossed

In the fall at the last minute Steve let me buy 100 bulbs for the little flower garden that we have in front of our house. I love daffodils and I was so excited that I got them for half off at Lowe's so many months ago. I got out and planted them right before it got really cold. As many of you know, I can't grow anything at all. Everything loves to die for me. So I am going to keep my fingers crossed by posting the pictures of what the two beds look like now and hopefully in a few weeks I will have tons of flowers in front of my house!!! Here are my two beds.....I know they need some pretty top soil. I will be getting on that really soon. Promise.

I found this in one part of the beds tonight, so that is why I am really excited. A few of my bulbs are growing. If this works, I might have some faith in growing flowers!!

Been a few days

It has been a few days since my last post. All the girls looked so cute yesterday before I took the oldest two to school. It has been really warm here so we have been outside a lot and recovering from being sick. Hannah has been complaining of her ears feeling like there was water in them, so I took her into her ENT. They took out a HUGE clump of wax out of one ear and she has tons of fluid and a double ear infection. Why am I not suprized at this point in my life with my children's ears. Katy still needs her tubes put in, so when Dr. Heras told me that Hannah needed one more set of tubes and her adenoids taken out I might as well get both done on the same day. A two for one day!! Every time we go to the ENT we meet our deductable for the year. So I am just waiting for the office to tell me when and how much we need to pay before we get scheduled. Steve has had troubles with his ears again this last time he was sick, so I wonder if she will do a 3 for 1 too?!?!?
Here are the girls all lined up for a picture. Katy didn't want to be on the end.

Here is Hannah and Katy. Katy in the middle right where she wants to be.

Ruby squeezing into the middle, where Katy wanted to be. She wasn't too happy about that one!

randomness from the camera

I know that most of these pictures are of katy and more katy, but I only get her in front of the camera so often!! I had to take a few pictures of me in my glasses since a few of you wanted to see. I don't really like wearing them at all. Contacts are much better but I am forced to wear them when the contacts are acting up like they were today. I think they are cute and for the $450 that I spent on them they better be super cute. I am blind as a bat and have to have those super expensive lenses or else my lenses are about an inch thick and that is not so cool!! So I got a really cool Vogue glass frame to go along with my every expensive lenses. Probably the ONLY thing Vogue that I will ever own. Sorry I am rambling on about nothing really, so onto the pictures!!

This picture only took about 10 shots to get. Isn't Katy so funny! This is one of the many faces that she has!

This is the I am done taking pictures, now let me them! look!

There is me with one of my girls that wanted to take a picture and another one who didn't.

Katy decided that since Hannah didn't go to school on Tuesday b/c her dad let her play hookie that she could wear Hannah's school uniform!! Isn't she so cute! she wore it everywhere that day!!

Here is a picture of Steve's cookies perfected!! He loves to make them and they are 'prefect' or at least that is what he tells me :-)

WOW!! I think I have recovered.......

I has been awhile since I have written in my blog and it is well over due. My very busy week turned into 2 very busy weeks since it is Saturday AGAIN! Steve and I have had a long two weeks and have come to some decisions with our family. There are going to be some BIG changes and the first one is to sell our house. There will be more details to follow one we get this one done. Crazy I know...the Smith's moving again, but this time it is needed and necessary for our family. These changes should be awesome for our family and most importantly for Steve and I to better our relationship and better ourselves at the same time.

But on to the fun stuff. Here we go. Here are a few pictures from the Hamster races....

notice the big push to get that car down the field. I am glad she finished 3rd, but don't tell Hannah that!!

We also had Hannah's school science fair since I have posted last. She did a great job for her part and looked so cute in class. The video is her singing "I'm Proud To Be An American" and her class did a great job!

While we were waiting for the girls to get out of school, I took Katy and Grams over to the dinosaur museum. It is the place that the girls love to go too!! Katy had fun and we had a quick visit all in 45 minutes. I know it was a little fast for Grams, but I think we all had a good time with what little we did have.

I guess that is about all for now. I am really looking forward to spring time. Warmth and time for the girls to play outside. I am looking forward to change and hope that it comes soon. It sure does have me excited for what could be coming this year for all of us!
